Panoramica generale

Our cozy home is a spacious and newly renovated flat located in the centre of Osijek, just a couple of minutes away from the river Drava and about 10 minutes away from the main square and our lovely promenade. 😊 Osijek is the fourth-largest city in Croatia, only 2 hour drive from Zagreb, Budapest and Belgrade. It is very pleasant to live in, people are easy going and friendly, everything is reachable by bike, the city has many bars, restaurants and caffes, where people spend a lot of free time just hanging out and relaxing. Osijek is a warm, comfortable and friendly town with rich history, plenty of free time activities and locals who absolutely love to welcome travelers and share their love for the city! It’s a hidden gem in the east part of Croatia, with plenty to offer, but still not overcrowded by tourists. Osijek is also well-connected and near other interesting cities: Zagreb, Budapest, Novi Sad (host of the EXIT festival), and Belgrade. If you want to visit us, you will have an authentic experience of how our young family lives and loves Osijek. You can take our bikes for a pleasant ride across the city’s ‘Promenada’ or even a more ambitious ride to nature park Kopacki rit, 20 km from our flat along the beautiful ‘Pannonian Peace Trail’ bicycle route.

Lo spazio

Living room, dining room and kitchen are connected in one large open space. We also have 3 bedrooms, with one king bed, one sofa bed and one baby cot. There is also a spacious patio where you can relax and have a drink after a long day of sightseeing :)

Accesso ospite

We are on a second floor of building with only three apartments, there is no lift.

Quartiere

We are in calm and wide street in larger city centre, the parking is available in front of the building. The neighbourhood is peaceful and for families, there are no night clubs or loud parties.

Andare in giro

Great bakery, grocery shop and pharmacy are just around the corner. City centre is reachable by bus (the station is only few meters from the building), by 10 min walk or by few minutes of bike ride - which is our favorite :)
