Bicycle distance to three train stations (Stångby 10 min, Gunnesbo 10 min and Lund C 20 min) which means Copenhagen, Malmö and other cities of Skåne within day trip distance with public transport. Bus stop 400 m and 800m (bus 123 and city bus 3). 15 min by car to Lomma beach. Just next door is Nöbbelövs mosse, a popular hiking area and nature reserve. Nice walking and jogging areas around beautiful cultural areas. Pool 8x4 m with wooden deck around, not completely finished garden but large lawn (about 1000 sqm) and plenty of room for play and socializing. Access to charcoal grill, two patios. Of course wifi with fiber speed. IP TV with lots of international channels. Cat (living outside / inside) in the home. A couple of bikes are available for lending.
