Panoramica generale

Nicely situated on five acres with woods and two ponds. Deck is shaded by a beautiful huge catalpa tree and looks down the hill towards pond. The privacy and quiet are amazing! We love having guests and the comments are that it is peaceful and healing. Many kinds of birds and lots of frogs, turtles, and other wildlife. Seven minutes to shopping, fifteen minutes to Indiana University and center of town. Short drive to state parks: McCormick's Creek, Monroe Lake, and Brown County. About one hour to Indianapolis, a few hours from other major cities such as Cincinatti, Louiville, and Chicago.

Open floor plan with wonderful views in both directions. Chalk board wall with art area (you can use our art supplies), and a large collections of gems and minerals. There are four bedrooms with brand new mattresses and the whole house is being remodeled (will have pictures soon). Deck, sandbox, trampoline, treehouse, firepit, garden, and lots of space to explore.

Will need a car or can take Uber into town. There is a bus stop about five minutes from the house by car or bike ride with hills. Shopping is about seven minutes away.
