Our condo is located on the 4th hole of Bahia's Robert Trent Jones, jr -designed golf course.  One of the 4 pools is just outside our door, and we have an amazing view of the course from the living room and master bedroom windows. We are 15 minutes to Tulum, 30 minutes to Playa Del Carmen, and 7 minutes (driving) to Akumal beach.

We have a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a guest room with a queen-size bed, both with their own full bathrooms.  The kitchen, dining and living is an open-space concept and enjoys an amazing view of the golf course.  The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook including Le Creuset pots, a Kitchenaid, a food processor, a coffee maker, and all the basics (olive oil, spices, condiments, etc).  This is our home so we have everything we need to live comfortably here and our guests are free to help themselves!  Dave has a nice set of golf clubs, Michele's are old but usable and you are welcome to use those too.  The leather sofa folds out to a queen-size bed.  We also have a new La-Z-Boy that is really comfortable.

We are on the ground floor...there are only a couple of stairs from the parking lot and to the pool.

We have a comfortable, beautiful home in a gated community.  Our neighbors are amazing and it is a quiet area.  An awesome place to rest and relax.  The beach is close enough to walk to and there are other amazing beaches very close.  The Tulum Ruins are only 15 minutes away. There are great restaurants in Tulum, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras, and Playa Del Carmen.

Quartiere

In our community we have 2 regular pools and 2 lap pools, one of which is salt water.  There is a gym, yoga classes, a breakfast cafe, and a spa.  Unfortunately, effective March 1, 2020, they have begun to charge for the gym and the yoga classes.  However, you can get a bracelet from Bahia (free) and use the gym at their Tulum Hotel. It is nicer anyways.  At the Bahia Sian Ka'an hotel (you can access via a trolley from the wellness center) they have the golf course, a buffet (at a discounted rate), several finer restaurants, and many other luxury amenities.  There is a trolley that runs from that hotel to their other 3 hotels and beaches.   If you leave the property and go into Akumal there are many restaurants, a couple of small grocery and souvenir stores, and world-class snorkeling (green sea turtles feed there) along the world's 2nd largest barrier reef.

Andare in giro

You can rent a car, catch a collectivo (small bus that runs up and down the main highway) or taxi, or a trolley from the Wellness Center around the Bahia resorts.  We have a car we may be willing/able to trade if you have one too! It is a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek...very nice for this area.
