Beautiful home on a ridge-line, with mountain views. Enjoy sunrise from the dining room filled with windows, and sunset from the screened porch or beautiful deck! Full house is available, with three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and kitchen.

Guests will have access to 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a living room with fireplace, a dining room surrounded by windows, a newly renovated kitchen, a screened porch, a newly renovated large deck, and a gym that includes dumbells, barbells, bench, and a power rack/squat rack.

Master bedroom: 1 king bed with attached master bath (shower and tub)
Guest bedroom: 1 queen bed with shared bath (shower and tub)
Children's bedroom: 1 full bed with attached playroom and shared bath (shower and tub)
We also have a full basement that includes either a playroom or additional bedroom and a bathroom, if needed.

As home to Virginia Tech (university), Blacksburg, Virginia has a lot to offer. From NCAA Division 1 sporting events to yoga to the Moss Arts Center, Blacksburg caters to all. Depending on when you visit, you can attend division I sports, amazing shows, or lively festivals.
Hiking: Hundreds of miles of hiking trails in the area.

Biking: Biking in Blacksburg isn’t just about outdoor recreation. Many residents take to their bikes every day for commuting to work or downtown for shopping and entertainment. New River: Throughout its journey in Virginia, the New River flows through spectacular, untamed mountain scenery complete with craggy rock cliffs and magnificent gorges. Thus, the New River provides plenty of excitement for whitewater enthusiasts, with several major Class II – III rapids. There is also an abundance of flatwater to please motorboaters and canoeists.
Fishing: Fishing is not to be missed in on the New River. Simply stated, the New rivals the James and Rappahannock rivers as one of the best fishing rivers in Virginia. Located in a wonderful Blacksburg neighborhood, if you’re not out exploring all that the New River Valley has to offer, you’ll surely love being able to see both the sunrise and sunset from the screened porch or huge back deck. We feel fortunate to have one of the best lots in the neighborhood, and would love to share that with you!
Nearby, you will find yourself a short drive away from Claytor Lake State Park, the New River, many hiking trails, and several local breweries.
