Our house have it all, we have a unique property in the middle of the Netherlands with a very good atmosphere, lot's of space in- en outside and all the comfort you need.
The countryhouse is from 1885 but totally renoved and very complete, tastefully decorated but also everything you can think of for kids.
We are complety free in the nature, but have everything you need very close, including many things to do and good restaurants.

We lives in a beautifull "green" landscape between corn fields, forest, flower fields and meadow with our house who can be reached through a privat tree lane. So you have completly privacey to relax, stay or play in our big garden, having a BBQ and drinks, go for a walk in the forrest and closing with the relaxing jacuzzi, lookig at the stars.

In the house we have a big, modern and fully equipped living Kitchen, in the living room we have a fire place. Also there is good wifi everywhere, big tv with netflix and lots and lots of toys for kids and games to do.

Notas

We have a very nice dog, Roef he is living near the mainhouse, in his own crib and is it nice if you can look after him but we always have a back catch so you can go whenever you want to go.
Also there are some other animals, but all the animals lives outside, there are no animals in the house, because Maurice is allergic for animals.

When we are away we have someone who take care of the animals, sometimes they live in our guesthouse on the back of our property. They have their own place with own yard, so you have youre privecy, but we can also arrange it on a other way, that is not a problem.

Our home in Holten is located between the village Holten, the National Park Sallandse Heuvelrug, the Canadian War Cemetery and the highroad straight to Amsterdam, so you can go straight to everywhere you want to go.
Also our village have their own railwaystation to all kind of places in the Netherlands and/or go to German (we are something like 50km from the border).

Holten is a small touristic village , you can relax in the nature of the Holterberg or having a bite or drinks on a terras in the centre of the village. Our home is a perfect base for walking, cycling, running, horse riding, mountainbiking; there are the most beautiful mountainbike routes from Holland over here.

As well as in the centre and 'The Holterberg' are different kinds of restaurants. You can enjoy pizza's, pancakes, fries, but also dining out culinary at a real Michelin Star restaurant (De Swarte Ruyter) or Bistro 'De Holterberg'.

Other things to do in the surrounding;
- Visit the historcal city Deventer, about twenty minutes by train and car. Be surprised by the medieval town. You can take a tour with a guide or just go out shopping or relax on a terras.
- Different little villages to see at 15 -30 minutes drive (Rijssen/Nijverdal/Ommen)
- Zwolle, also a medieval Town with lot's of musea and very gastronomic.
- Giethoorn, also calles "Little Venice"
- A visit to Germany you can do, to Nordhorn or Munster
- For the children we have a big playyard and animals at "Dondertman", also a real Adventure Park Hellendoorn (19 km) and at 30/40 minutes also many things (Zoo, adventure parks and so on).

Big and nice Cities (beautiful) by car:
- Amsterdam, 1 hour to the beginning of the town and the transferium (you can park you car and go by metro to the city center).
- Deventer 20 minutes drive
- Amersfoort, 50 minutes drive
- Utrecht 1 hour drive
- Zwolle 40 minutes drive

We have bikes, car exchange is possible too and we have a railway station in the village it selves.

Angelique

Hola, Somos una familia entusiasta, Maurice, Angelique y nuestros 2 hijos, Tijn y Duuk, la hija Linde y el pequeño Flint.

Hemos hecho varios intercambios hasta ahora (también a través de otros contadores y comunidades de facebook además de esta) y les ha gustado mucho, al igual que las personas que han estado aquí, lo han disfrutado mucho aquí, con mucho gusto.

Creemos que es importante ser respetuoso, limpio y agradable con la casa, los alrededores y las personas del vecindario y tratarlo como si fuera tuyo.

Nos gusta viajar, la naturaleza y todo tipo de animales, también nos encanta el sol y la playa. Angelique está montando/entrenando caballos en su tiempo libre (competencia también) y le gusta cocinar, Maurice está jugando al tenis y a ambos les gusta salir a comer bien, tomar una copa (con amigos) o ir de aventuras.

VERANO 2020, nos encanta ir a un país del sur de Europa, sol, nadar, etc.
