I live in a bright, colorful, and characterful apartment in Valencia. It has an artistic and eclectic style, plenty of natural light, and beautiful views of a park from both the windows and the balcony. The apartment is located in a lively and well-connected area, with the entrance to the metro station right outside the building, making it easy to reach any part of the city. It is a warm and welcoming home, ideal for someone who wants to experience Valencia like a local.

El espacio

The apartment is spacious, sunny, and full of personality. What I love most about it is its artistic atmosphere and vibrant colors. The large living room is comfortable and inviting, perfect for relaxing, working, or spending time with friends. The apartment has two bathrooms and a pleasant balcony overlooking a green park, which brings in plenty of light and creates a peaceful environment despite being in the city.

Acceso de invitados

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, including the living room, kitchen, balcony, and both bathrooms. The apartment is fully equipped for everyday living and offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. The metro station entrance is right outside the building, providing quick and convenient access to the city center, the university areas, and other parts of Valencia. It´s a 6th floor with elevator.

Barrio

The apartment is located in Benimaclet, one of Valencia’s most vibrant and distinctive neighborhoods. Originally a small village, Benimaclet has kept its local character while becoming a lively area popular with students, artists, and young professionals. The neighborhood is known for its relaxed atmosphere, independent cafés, local markets, cultural events, and strong sense of community. It offers a unique mix of traditional Valencian life and a creative, multicultural spirit. Despite being close to the city center and the universities, Benimaclet feels less touristy and more authentic than many other parts of Valencia. Everything you need is within walking distance: supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, terraces, and green spaces. The metro entrance is right outside the building, providing excellent connections to the city center, the beach, and other areas of Valencia.
