Our home is in a perfect location for exploring "The Triangle." In 25 minutes or less, you can drive to Downtown Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill and the Research Triangle Park.

Our comfortable and beautiful home was completed in 2013. It is located in Brier Creek Country Club. 2100 square feet and includes an open concept eat in kitchen, family room, formal dining room, large office, large en suite master bedroom with sitting area, a guest room and guest bathroom. Wood floors throughout, granite counters in kitchen and bathrooms, wine bar w/built in wine fridge. The gourmet kitchen is the centerpiece, with it's huge island that seats six, built in double convection ovens, five burner gas cook top, small counter top convection oven, microwave, dishwasher and every small appliance any home chef could need. You will enjoy our screened in porch, paver patio with outdoor seating and gas BBQ. Washer and dryer in the laundry room and two more refrigerator/freezers in the garage. Google Fiber high speed wireless internet is available - bring your laptop or use one of ours. Feel free to use our wireless black and white laser printer. This home is particularly suited to seniors or those with disabilities. It has no stairs, wood floors throughout, and a built in seat in the master shower. We will consider exchanges that include pets. We have successfully arranged simultaneous car, dog and house exchanges, and are open to exchanges that involve pet care. References are happily provided.

The area has abundant opportunities for outdoor activities including kayaking, fishing, biking, hiking, civil war history and nature photography. Enjoying the rest of the state is easy. We are 2 hours away from the beach, 2 hours from the mountains and an easy drive to Charlotte, Winston-Salem and Pinehurst. The Blue Ridge Parkway and Asheville are a spectacular drive and only 3-4 hours by car.

Our home is located in beautiful and convenient Brier Creek Country Club. Within 5 minutes, you can find grocery stores, big-box shopping, small boutiques as well as restaurants that cover every budget and cuisine.

We are open to a car exchange - and have done several without incident. RDU airport is an 8 minute drive (we have zero air traffic noise).
