Awesome location on a family street ending in a cul de sac. Only a 5-minute walk to one of the loveliest beaches in Australia, Mona Vale beach. At the end of the street are headlands overlooking Bungan and Mona Vale beaches with a walk straight down a path to Mona Vale beach.
Mona Vale is on a peninsula with outstanding surfing, a natural swimming pool cut into the rocks by the sea and surf lifesavers patrolling the beach during the summer. There are cafes at the beach and Mona Vale Golf Club just further down the beach, along with public tennis courts.
Kuringai National Park is a 10-minute drive inland, and there is amazing road and mountain biking around the whole Northern Beaches and surrounding suburbs. Pittwater is on the other side of Mona Vale is known for terrific sailing and kayaking. There are many beautiful towns on the peninsula, ending at Palm Beach with a hiking trail to the lighthouse and Palm Beach is the beach location for "Summer Bay" from the TV show "Home and Away".
A town of 10,000, Mona Vale's main street is a 5-minute drive where there is shopping, cafes and services. We're a 35-minute drive (or bus) to downtown Sydney. The well-known Manly Beach is 20 minutes away, where you can catch a ferry to downtown Sydney and the Opera House. Sydney airport is 45 minutes south on the other side of Sydney.

Our modern, quiet 3-level recently renovated home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an office and a 3-car garage on a 1000 sq meter block with balconies on two levels in the front and a large shaded outdoor area in the back for entertaining.
We have an indigenous garden with trees and vegetation that give privacy from the street without obstructing the view and is a home for native birds.
The home has A/C and heating throughout and rooftop solar panels, and a Tesla Powerwall battery for energy efficiency.

Fly to Sydney Australia, take an Uber or taxi to the Northern Beaches. There is very good and regular public transportation (bus) to and from our home to Sydney and areas around Sydney. Take a bus or drive to Manly take the ferry to downtown Sydney and the Opera House.
