For its size, our flat has everything someone needs to feel right at home. Perfect for a couple or small family/friends up to 4 people.

2 comfortable bedrooms or 1 bedroom and an office for those who prefer or work remotely. A small ( euro sized) kitchen which is very well equipped including a huge range of Spices and a good sized refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. Bathroom is large and the shower is comfortable with an endless supply of hot water. The sitting area has a couch, with a projector and screen to use for watching streaming services ( netflix, hulu,paramount+, Disney,HBO, Discover+ etc). We do not have a dedicated dining table but one can be set up upon request.
Acceso de invitados
1st floor ( not ground) with lift and no entry stairs makes this flat suitable for reduced mobility or wheelchairs.
Notas
We do have a cat and a dog. They do not travel with us OR remain in the home when we are traveling, but anyone with severe allergies may want to know before exchanging to our property.

Barrio
Russafa is an amazing neighborhood in central Valencia. packed with cafes, restaurants and an amazing fresh market just around the corner from our home. It ( like all of Valencia) is very safe, well lit and easy to navigate on foot, bike or public transit. Our street does not have any restaurant terraces or nightclubs, so noise isn't a concern.
Llegando a mi casa
We are located a 15 minute and 20-25 euro taxi ride from the airport. We can also be accessed by metro or bus from the airport and all other Valencia locations. The train station is walking distance, unless you have lots of luggage. All parts of Valencia city center are accessible from the flat on foot in 30 mins or less.
Aeropuerto más cercano
VLC 11km. 15 mins by car, 30 by metro including the walk to the station. Madrid airport is a 1.5 hour high speed train ride and offers full international flexibility.
Alrededor
There are 5 major grocery shops in a 5-7 min walk from out home, the closest being 100 meters from our door. Any form of restaurant can be found as well. Local shops abound including a great market. The central shopping area ( el corte ingles, zara, H&M, Primark, Mango,etc) is 10-15 minutes on foot. Anything and everything Valencia offers will be at your finggertips in this incredible and popular neighborhood.
