3-bedroom home with a pool right on the Intracoastal Waterway in the vacation mecca of Myrtle Beach, SC! Lots of water activities right in the backyard, and only 5-minutes away from the beach and the countless amenities the Myrtle Beach area has to offer!

Our home is secured in a gated community which is located right on the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW). The ICW is a river which runs the length of the entire US Eastern Seaboard (2,893 miles, from Boston down around the tip of Florida and up the Gulf coast to Texas). Because it is used for commercial as well recreational boats, you never know what kind of vessel may sail by next! On a daily basis, we see ski boats, yachts, fishing boats, sailboats, racing boats, trawlers, barges, pontoons, jet skis, paddle boats, canoes, kayaks….and even a frequent pirate ship! Less than a mile away is a place to rent small sailboats, kayaks, canoes, and jet skis. The house is two levels. The lower level has a foyer, dining room, family room, kitchen, dinette area, laundry room, a half-bath. The family room steps out onto the deck where there is a pool, a covered dining area and lounge chairs, a grill, and a fire pit. All 3 of the bedrooms are upstairs. There is a master bedroom with a master bath that includes a shower-for-two, a deep garden tub, a television, a toilet room, and a walk-in closet. There are two guest bedrooms (one of them with games and toys for kids) and a hall [full] bathroom. A cozy sunroom has access to the veranda which runs the length of the house (and is also accessed by the master bedroom). There is a pool for swimming fun with lots of pool floats and toys.

This 3-bedroom house has two levels. There is only one small step up to enter the front door or garage door. There is also one small step down to access the outdoor deck and pool.

Myrtle Beach is a vacation mecca with more stores, restaurants, putt-putt courses, shows, activities, and events than you can possibly take in! You may want to take a helicopter ride over the beach…or go parasailing…or dine with pirates, dinosaurs, or knights…or take in a show or concert…or play a round of golf at any one of the dozens of golf courses...or go to one of the amusement parks or waterslide parks…or go fishing off one of the piers...or take a dolphin-watching cruise…or enjoy some fresh-daily seafood…the possibilities are endless!…..Or maybe you’re just looking for a more low-key vacay where you just relax at home, soak up some sun on the deck, lounge in the shade, take a dip in the pool, light up the tiki torches and grill out, or roast marshmallows in the fire pit. Whatever you choose promises to create memories which will last a lifetime!
