We have a lovely, humble, clean & quirky countryside home. Large high hedged, very private gardens, back and front, with plenty of off road parking. Huge Village Park with plenty of apparatus for children to play. Huge green space for ball games.
The Village has many long and short walks, miles of well signed public footpaths.
Bourne and Stamford are our nearest shopping towns.
Stamford has Burghley House and grounds with the truly superb 'Gardens of Surprise' and yearly host The Burghley Horse Trials.

We have three bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 twin room.
1 lounge and 1 snug. A well equipped kitchen and dining space.
Superb wi fi service.
The garden has a large enclosed trampoline, a hammock and seating all round the front and back garden.
A BBQ and outside dining area, and undercover outside seating.
All surrounded by 6 to 8 foot fence and hedge, so lovely and private.
Apple trees, cherry 🍒 tree, plum trees. Red and blackcurrents plus grapes! 🍇
2 Chickens for daily fresh eggs.
Lots of bicycles to use.
Ample parking.

2 storey house, with steps to front and back access, it's NOT AT ALL ideal for wheelchairs!
Parking is at the bottom of the garden then 20 metres of really uneven path to the house😏 not a problem til you're carrying heavy groceries, but we do have deliveries.
Notas
Stamford has a train station with ample car parking.
London is 1 hour away by train or car.
Manchester and Liverpool 3.5 hours away by car.

A superb village green for games, or picnics.
Superb gastro pub, The Six Bells.
A very well attended church with Sunday service at 10pm every Sunday.
This is a beautiful 2 x award winning best kept village that has open garden days (pre-pandemic).

East Midlands Airport is 1hour 15 mins from here and Stanstead is 1 hour 30mins.
Stanstead has a train service which you can catch to Peterborough, change at Peterborough to Stamford then taxi to Witham.
I do let my car out with our home providing guests have insurance etc.
We are 10 miles from the A1 motorway. North and southbound if driving from UK.
