Welcome to our 2 bedroom home in the beautiful Columbia Valley in the small village of Invermere BC.   Invermere is nestled in the Canadian Rocky Mountains with nature at your front door.  We are a few minutes walk to restaurant's and shop's in downtown Invermere and a few minutes walk to beautiful Kinsman Beach and lake Windermere.   Our location offers the best of lake and mountain living with one of Canadas premier ski resorts - Panorama only a 20 min drive up the mountain.

Our beautiful custom mountain home has 2 bedrooms office and 2 full bathrooms.  The modern open floor plan is professionally decorated in the Mountain Cabin - Lake / Ski lodge theme and fully appointed with all amenities.  SS appliances, dishwasher, BBQ.  We have two large decks, one on the back with fire place and BBQ and one on the front with soft seating and fire table.

Our home is a bungalow with all rooms on one floor.  There is 3 steps to enter the home from the front deck and no other steps

Notas

As we are in the middle of the mountains one particular item of importance is the carefully handling of any garbage as we have all kinds of wild animals here.  On our front lawn on any given day you can see Deer and wild Turkeys but we have also seen Bears, Mountain Lions, Cougars and Lynx.
Always be aware of your surroundings and careful handling of garbage.

Our neighborhood is great for walking with trails and bike paths that lead to the lake and beach or into the main street of town.  Invermere is an outdoor enthusiast paradise with endless mountain and lake activities for everyone.

This beautiful mountain town is most easily accessed by Calgary and then a 3 hour drive through the Rocky Mountains and Banff National Park

Calgary International Airport is approx. 3 hours away on one of Canadas most scenic mountain highways that takes you through Banff National Park, Canmore and middle of the majestic Canadian Rocky Mountains

Alrededor

Our mountain home is located in the middle of the small Village of Invermere.  From here you can walk to the many shops and restaurants on main street or walk to Kinsman beach on Tayton Bay.  You could just stay at the house and walk everywhere but having a car is a must if you want to explore the mountains and lakes in the area.  You can also fly to Vancouver and then travel from the West Coast to Invermere again through the majestic Rocky Mountains on a 10 hour journey that you could break into a few days to see all the fantastic sites in Vancouver and mountains from the west.
