Peta’s house was a fantastic base to explore beautiful Noosa and the Sunshine Coast. Communication was great with lots of advice and local knowledge.

Peta’s home is a beautifully relaxing beachside place. Its was like home away from home…. We felt welcome from the time we walked in the door… 3 mins walk from a beautiful pristine beach in a non commercialised area… no high rise buildings and commercialisation…..but within very easy reach everything you would need Chalet Cafe a couple of minutes away dies a great breakfast and coffee Just peace and tranquility The communication was seamless. Thanks Peta for sharing you lovely home with us 🤗

We had a wonderful time at Peta's place on the Sunshine Coast. Her home is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to other popular Sunshine Coast destinations. Peta was a great host and we thank her for making the exchange possible. Peta and Ivo were fantastic guests! Communication was easy from start to finish, and they left our home beautifully clean. Peta was so thoughtful - after accidentally dropping our salt grinder, she insisted on replacing it, which was greatly appreciated. They also took great care of our plants, and we returned to everything in perfect order. Beyond being wonderful guests, Peta went the extra mile by supporting my Walking for the Starship Foundation fundraiser to help sick kids across New Zealand - what a superstar! 🌟 Thank you, Peta & Ivo! Peta and Ivo stayed at our vacation home for a Globe exchange, and were the perfect guests! Kind, thoughtful and considerate, they made the experience stress-free and pleasant. And Ivo even did some gardening for us off his own back!! These guys are seriously awesome and should you get the chance to host them - then do so. It became apparent that we needed to meet these guys in person, so we cleared a day in our busy schedules and made our way to Cornwall. And what a blast we had swapping stories and experiences. Thank you Peta and Ivo for taking in our mountain of deliveries! We would GLADLY host them again!

After almost 2 years we finally got to welcome Peta and Ivo to Tranquil Villa, Tra Que in Hoi An, Vietnam. They were great guests and everything went very well. Absolutely fabulous couple! PEta and Ivo are the most wonderful guests. So kind and communicative and friendly, and were super respectful of our home. They left it in excellent condition and cleaner than before! I wish I had the chance to spend time with them. All communications we had were an immense pleasure. Truly fantastic guests!

We really enjoyed the beauty and relaxed atmosphere of the Papamoa and Mount Maunganui Beachsides. Farzana and Wayne's home was an exceptionally modern, clean and comfortable space, with the added bonus of a well equipped gym area. Communication with Farzana, who was very responsive both before and during our stay, ensured a smooth and enjoyable exchange. Her manual offered some great suggestions of things to do and cafes to visit. Thank you for adding a memorable week to our New Zealand holiday.

Staying at Sue's and Neil's home in Oakura has been a highlight of our trip around the North Island. As the photos show, this is a home that leads directly down to the beach, with ocean views from every room. The sunsets were spectacular. Swimming at the beach was safe and the water was crystal clear. We had the pleasure of meeting Sue, who remained responsive and helpful during our stay. We were also very grateful to be the beneficiaries of their trout fishing in Lake Taupo, bringing us fresh fillets. Delicious! This is a beautiful part of the North Island with black sand beaches and Mount Taranaki on your doorstep. We look forward to the possibility of meeting up again during Sue and Neil's next trip to Queensland.

Although we did not get to meet Miranda and her family, we were very pleased with the communication prior to their arrival and happy with the care they took of our home during their stay.

What a wonderful experience it was to not only stay at Ramona's and James' very comfortable secondary home, but also to have the pleasure of meeting them. From the time we initially got in touch to request a globe exchange, the entire process went smoothly. They are an extraordinary family unit whose attitude we highly prize as an example of the pillars of what home exchange character is built on...honesty, friendliness and the desire to explore, discuss and share the unique pockets of our beautiful planet. Lalent and the West Coast of Cornwall are full of uniwue areas to immerse yourselves in. Don't hesitate to get in touch with these members to exchange with and discover the beauty in the area they are offering accommodation. Where do I begin? The excellent location, the great communication, the relationship built over time with David and family?? We could not recommend more highly this incredible villa and the ease with which David makes it happen. We have had the BEST time exploring one of everyone's (well, at least all of my Australian friends) favourite destinations in Vietnam. If you happen to be fortunate enough to organise an exchange with David and Tam, be rest assured that your time spent in Tra Que will be amongst your favourite overseas destinations. Thank you so much for all that you offer, David and Tam. We will, of course, return.

Our exchange in Niki’s home was nothing short of amazing! Niki was so supportive both before and during our stay, giving clear and precise directions regarding arrival, plenty of suggestions on what to do and cafés and restaurants to try during our time on Serifos. Her home has such a welcoming and homely feel that relaxing after a day of exploring this beautiful Greek Island gem, either inside or on the rooftop deck, is guaranteed. Chorea is such an authentic Greek Village experience, built high on a hill. You can spend so much time exploring the pathways, greeting the friendly passers-by, climbing up to churches perched on the tips of rocky mountain passes and passing the odd working donkey and it’s owner going about their every day lives. There are plenty of hikes to do for all levels of fitness, so many beaches to choose from, although hiring a car to get to some of them would be required as the buses do limited runs to only a few locations. We loved trying out different eating options at the waterside in Livida and climbed the steps down and back up to Chora several times. The views are amazing and it’s worth going up to Niki’s rooftop at Sunrise to watch the red/orange ball appear above the ocean’s horizon. Obviously, I can’t recommend this exchange highly enough. Thank you, Niki, for adding such an authentic and unique experience to our travels.

Although we have not yet met Sandi and Steve in person, Sandi was a friendly communicator leading up to and during their stay. They kept us updated on arrival and departure details and left the house in an immaculately clean condition. We look forward to meeting both Sandi and Steve when we have the pleasure of staying in their peaceful location.
