Beach house in the community of Pacific Beach, in San Diego, California, two blocks to the beach, walking access to great shops and restaurants. Relax in the front patio with beautiful Pacific sunsets or roast marshmallows in the fire pit in the back yard.
2 bedrooms with one queen bed each and one separate living area in remodeled garage a few steps from the main house with a full sized sofa bed and a home office. The house has two bathrooms, one en suite with walk-in shower and tub shower in the other which is right outside of the second bedroom. There is also a surfer shower in the large backyard. See the sunset in the ample front patio and roast marshmallows over the portable fire pit.
The space
Three bedrooms, two baths, a separate living and office space which opens onto the sandy fire pit area for dining at fresco. There is also a bricked in front patio for people and sunset watching
All recently remodeled with complete modern kitchen. Rinse off from a day at the beach in the outside surfer shower. There is no bathroom for the separate living area but it is just a few steps from the house.
Two off street parking spaces, a must in this busy beach community.
Guest access
One floor 1940’s house. Two steps entrance to the house. Parking for two cars in front and a side entrance to the backyard. The separate living area with office and standup sit down desk has French doors which open onto the backyard.
Notes
Off street parking for two cars, invaluable in this beach community.
This is a quiet neighborhood and we ask that you respect the neighbors and avoid loud gatherings, no smoking of any substance is allowed in the house or on the property. Noise levels should be reduce by 9:30 pm. The outside fire pit is to be used sparingly and not allowed to produce a large amount of smoke so as to impact the neighbors. Most people keep their windows open all year round and if the fire is allowed to produce a lot of smoke it will go in the neighbor’s windows. The fire must be extinguished completely with no embers left smoldering by 9:30.
This is a vacation rental which I offer as an exchange property when there is availability. I would ask that you pay for the cleaning personnel.
