*** We have a second property available on Prince Edward Island*** Four bedroom home in the core of inner city NW Calgary. Walking distance to the trendy Kensington neighbourhood and one hour drive to the Rocky Mountains, Canmore or Banff. Parks, biking paths and breathtaking views of the city all within close proximity.

The space

This 2000 sq. ft. home (+ fully finished basement) has four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, two living rooms, a large kitchen and dining room. The beautifully landscaped back yard has an outdoor lounge and eating area as well as a BBQ. The home has four bedrooms - one with a king, one with a queen, one with a twin and one with a crib. We can add a double mattress into one of the kids' bedrooms, if requested.

Guest access

Two story home. All bedrooms must be accessed using stairs.

Notes

Door entry though door code. The house will be professionally cleaned prior to exchange. While this is our main residence, we will ensure that it feels like a home away from home for our guests.

Neighbourhood

Situated in the inner city NW, our home is in a convenient location to see all the sights of Downtown Calgary, Kensington or take a trip to the mountains. We are blocks from Confederation park which boasts 5 km of walking trails. There are several restaurants and a Starbucks within two blocks. Situated very close to SAIT and U of C.

Getting around

We are a 10 minute walk to the city's C-train system. A bus stop is located less than a block away and we are walking distance (15 minutes) to the trendy community of Kensington. A car rental would be necessary to access the mountains.
