The Space

The cottage has just undergone a major renovation and features brand new high-end furnishings, bright vaulted ceilings with a wall of south-facing windows and a landscaped yard with plenty of sun, brand new wrap-around deck, screened-in porch, outdoor shower and fire pit.

Perfect for groups, the main level features an open-concept kitchen/living space with beautiful stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets, comfortable seating and a farm sink. The living room is rustic, yet luxurious with modern furnishings, stunning hardwood flooring, a cozy fireplace and a mounted 50” flat screen television.

The main floor features a large bathroom with a double vanity and the master bedroom with a king bed and private deck. Upstairs are three additional bedrooms, and a second bathroom. One bedroom features two double beds, and the other two bedrooms have queen beds.

Enough beds for 10 but sleeps 8 comfortably.

Guest Access

Two story home with large staircase. The master bedroom and a large bathroom are located on the main floor which is good for mobility impaired.

Notes

Access to the home is available through door code. It will be professionally cleaned prior to exchange. This is set up as a vacation property so there are no owner items in the home (other than what you'll need as a guest).

We have everything you will need for small children and babies. Baby gate, portable crib, high chair, toddler mattress, bouncy castle, beach toys, etc.

We have two adult bicycles and a two seater child bike trailer available upon request.

Neighbourhood

Situated alongside the Prince Edward Island Provincial Park, the cottage is steps from biking and walking trails as well as the scenic North Shore beaches, only a 5-minute walk away! Popular attractions include the Stanhope Golf & Country Club, Dalvay by the Sea, Richard’s Seafood Restaurant and The Dunes Café & Studio Gallery – all located in very close proximity. Find easy access to beaches like Brackley and Ross’s Lane as well as the Charlottetown Airport, just a 15 minute drive. The cottage is located 30 minutes from the sights and entertainment of Cavendish.

Getting Around

You must rent a car from the airport to enjoy the many wonderful parts of the island. Taxis are available but infrequent (and costly). Unfortunately we don't have a vehicle to lend on the island.
