General Overview

beautiful and comfortable house, located in the middle of nature, at the foot of the Cordillera Blanca, and the Nevados Huascarán, Hualcán, Huandoy, Copa Grande. Ideal for adventurers, families with children, couples, artists, teleworking and people looking for the calm and serenity of nature... great for resting, meditating or taking a break in the middle of a trip or other physical effort.

The Space

The villa is a new building of 170m2, built entirely in solid wood by local artisans and with top quality finishes. Its design includes large spaces and large windows that allow you to appreciate the surrounding nature. Most of the building is on one level. On the ground floor, in addition to the social area, kitchen and service area, there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms. In the mezzanine, under a sloping roof, there is a spacious room -without a private bathroom-. Between the living room and the dining room, a large panoramic fireplace allows you to appreciate the fire from all angles. This social area is projected to the outside, through a terrace. The kitchen, which includes a bar counter and various workspaces, has a modern and practical design, with solid wood furniture and granite stone countertops. It is fully equipped with new and modern appliances, as well as kitchen utensils and service available to all guests. Inside, in the service area, is the laundry area. Outside, there is a clothesline to dry clothes in the sun. In the area there is no public lighting (exterior), but in the villa we have all the basic services that a modern home requires: electricity, drinking water and hot water.

Guest Access

The chalet is mainly on one level, except for the mezzanine. Access is direct from the parking area. The terrain is agricultural, a bit uneven.

Neighbourhood

You will find yourself in a rural area, isolated from the noise and stress of the city, in the middle of a small community. Located 15 minutes from the city of Carhuaz, where you have access to all the necessary basic shops, markets, pharmacies, ice cream parlors, restaurants, etc. We are at an altitude of 2800 meters; the climate is very pleasant, with sun all year round.

You can get there by plane, via Anta National Airport. Also through interprovincial bus transport. It can be reached by taxi or by private vehicle.
