General Overview

Apartment with an exceptional location: in front of a park full of trees that brings calm, silence and a beautiful view all year round. Although it is surrounded by nature, it is just a short walk from everything one may need: restaurants, shops, markets, shopping centers, cultural activities (Grand National Theater), clinics and public transportation (electric train). The apartment has been recently renovated and offers a comfortable, bright and welcoming atmosphere. We love to define it as a small urban oasis, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the park without moving away from the energy and multiple options that Lima offers.

The Space

Our house has three well-lit bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a dedicated workspace. We have a very cozy, airy and bright living and dining area; the kitchen is practical and fully equipped, and is complemented by a separate laundry area. We have a parking lot for our visitors.

Guest Access

We are located on the third floor of a residential building. We have an elevator. There are steps at the entrance of the building. People in wheelchairs can enter through the parking lot.

Our apartment is located in San Borja, one of the most pleasant, safe, and green districts in Lima. In front of the building is a large park that offers a beautiful view, tranquility, and spaces to relax or enjoy outdoor activities. The district has an extensive network of bike paths, ideal routes for running or walking, and outdoor gyms, making it a perfect place for those who enjoy staying active. A few minutes away is Avenida Aviación, one of the main arteries of the city, with abundant public transport and access to the Electric Train, which facilitates travel around Lima. Nearby are also the National Library, the Gran Teatro Nacional and various cultural spaces with a varied program throughout the year. The neighborhood offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: supermarkets, markets, pharmacies, clinics, banks, shopping centers, cafes, and a wide variety of restaurants. What makes this location special is the combination of tranquility, nature, and urban comfort: you can enjoy the silence and greenery of the parks while having everything Lima has to offer at hand.
