Welcome to our home! We offer a light-filled, 4-bedroom sanctuary set in a private, tranquil environment—the perfect balance of country living and coastal convenience. Located just a short distance from the harbour for water activities and scenic views, and right by a local cycle track.

The Space

Ground floor - is a spacious open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. There is a separate lounge with a gas fire, office and toilet. The main bedroom with a private ensuite. Upstairs has three double bedrooms that open on to the deck. There is a full bathroom on this level. The upstairs area has peeps of view of the estuary. Outside there is a large deck area and an open fire in a cosy, covered dining area.

Our semi-rural property is part of a small community located on Mangawhai Bay, Tauranga Harbour on the site of a camping ground that was closed and subdivided into 12 sections about 20 years ago.

Nearby: Just a few minutes' drive (or bike ride) to both Omokoroa and Te Puna, offering fantastic local cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. A local favourite for a relaxed lunch is the Te Puna Cider Factorie! Day Trips: Tauranga City and the famous beaches of Mount Maunganui are just an easy 30-minute drive away.
