                                    Hospitality Description: We have a full finished basement with 3 bedrooms but at the present time only 2 queens are furnished. We live on the main level while you enjoy the lower level with a walk-out patio to come and go as you please. Also includes a family room with a home theater, 6 chair table, 12 ft wet bar kitchenette and 5 bar stools, mini fridge, coffee, electric fryer, small fish fryer, griddle, slow cooker and microwave. Also paper plates, paper towels, utensils. An outdoor patio nicely furnished with grill and a second mini fridge. We are available to answer any questions about where to go sightseeing, skiing, dining, hiking, rock climbing biking. We have a couple bikes guests may use.

Donna Gail

Clint, from N.Dakota and Donna Gail, a Louisiana gal, met in 1982 at their apartment complex in Baton Rouge. Married in 1984 and moved to Colorado in 1999. We have 2 daughters, a son-in-law and 1 granddaughter that live in Asheville, NC and St. Croix VI. We enjoy the Colorado outdoors, hiking, backpacking, snow skiing, biking and Jeeping. We also enjoy spending time with friends, going to concerts, dinner, movies, etc. We love traveling both domestically and internationally. We are fairly new to the exchange world of travel.
