An urban oasis, this elegant, fully restored 1940's house is only 10 minutes to downtown Victoria and a 5 minute walk to the local grocery store and city transit.
The Space
This three level home has a bright and sunny living room with a natural gas fireplace on the main level. A dining room, fully equipped modern kitchen, powder room and office are also on this level, as is the master suite. (We prefer to keep the master and attic closed off with some of our personal items, for convenience.)
The spacious lower level has two full en-suite bedrooms, a laundry and a library/media room.
The garden is well established with a lovely terraces and numerous historic Garry oak trees.
There is ample parking off street on the driveway.

Neighbourhood
This is a lovely well established residential neighbourhood. It's very centrally located, approximately 8 minutes by car to downtown Victoria.
Getting to my home
Victoria International Airport is 35 minutes by car, taxi or UBER. Harbour Air has a 20-minute flight from Vancouver every hour. Other small airlines also fly from Seattle, WA.
BC Ferries operates regular ferry services to and from South Vancouver and Horseshoe Bay.
Nearest airport
YYJ, 35 minutes
Getting Around
A grocery store is across the street. A large modern Mall is a 10-15 minute walk, or 3 minutes by UBER. City transit buses run regularly from a stop 5 minutes away.
