Access to Nature: We are perfectly located if you like to hike in Boulder's Flatirons or visit Rocky Mountain National Park.

Park.Dual-City Appeal: You can easily spend one day exploring Denver's museums and breweries, and the next day enjoying Boulder's Pearl Street Mall.

The Space

In the living space you'll find a comfortable love seat and Roku 4K TV to connect with all your streaming services.

The spacious kitchenette includes an electric cooktop, microwave, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and a toaster. Also a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and extra shelf space to make you feel at home.

The tastefully decorated and inviting bedroom has a king size bed, vanity, closet, luggage racks, washer and dryer, and a desk for getting work done or letting your creativity flow.

There are 2 houses within the property. 
The big house is where we live and the casita is in the back and also works as an airbnb. 
So we kindly ask to note that check-in time is at 3:00pm and check-out at 11:00am.
