General Overview

Welcome to our cozy and comfortable 4-bedroom farmhouse style home perfectly located in the rolling hills between Denver and Boulder.

The Space

The freshly remodeled chef's kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to cook simple to complex dishes (or not!). It also counts with a dinning room nook that's the center of our mornings and evenings. The living room has space for 6 people comfortably seating, smart TV, and a nice west facing window where we watch the sunset every evening. There's a big back porch with seating and dinning area, and an electrical grill. There are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom in the main level. The main bedroom has a king size bed and a toddler bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. Downstairs in the basement there's a second full bathroom and 2 bedrooms that are converted into office spaces with excellent wifi speed. One of the offices has a daybed that can be turned into a king size bed if needed. The basement also has a big kids play area with all kinds of toys (little kitchen, tent, nerf blasters, cars, dolls, etc; and a second living room with a kid's desk where we do homeschooling). The laundry room is also downstairs.

We have a second Casita in the back of the property that's also an airbnb and open for exchanges if you need a 1 Bed/1Bath. Both properties have their own patio, but share the back yard.
