General Overview

Welcome to our cozy and comfortable 3-bedroom home with easy access to trails and the mountains but located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood called Westminster. This super quiet and safe city is your ideal Front Range basecamp, offering stunning mountain views, family-friendly wildlife attractions, and a prime location right between a bustling metropolis and a mountain escape. Staying here gives you the best of both worlds! Enjoy: Westminster: Standley Lake Regional Park, Butterfly Pavillion, WaterWorld. Denver Downtown: World-class museums, professional sports stadiums, elite dining, historic squares, food halls, concerts. Boulder Flatirons: Vibrant pintoresque downtown, hiking trails, Pearl street mall, concerts. Historic Olde Town Arvada: Diverse array of shops, artisan bakeries, boutiques, galleries, events, restaurants, breweries and a winery. Golden: Coors Brewery, tubing down Clear Creek. Morrison: Red Rocks Amphitheater. Shopping: Denver Premium Outlets, Colorado Mills.

The Space

The recently remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to cook simple to complex dishes (or not!). It also includes a dining room nook that's the center of our mornings and evenings. The living room has space for 6 people comfortably seated, smart TV, and a nice west facing window where we watch the sunset every evening. There's a big back porch with seating and dining area, and an electrical grill. There are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom in the main level. The main bedroom has a king size bed and a toddler bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. Downstairs in the basement there's a second full bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one is locked for personal storage), and the other one is converted into an office space with excellent wifi speed and a stackable daybed that can be converted into a king size bed. The basement also has a big kids play area with all kinds of toys (tent, nerf blasters, cars, stuffed animales, etc); and a second living room with a kid's desk where we do homeschooling). The laundry room is also downstairs. There's a covered back porch with seating and dinning area, and an electrical grill to have a BBQ and/or something to drink during your stay. A car exchange can also be arranged if needed. Welcome and enjoy!

We have a second Casita in the back of the property that's an Airbnb and it's also open for exchanges if you need a 1 Bed/1Bath. Both properties have their own patio, but share the back yard.

You can also find Italian, American, Breakfast, Thai, Indian, Chinese, Bakeries, and a multitude of fast casual options nearby.
