General Overview

Playa Magagna is a neighborhood in Rawson, the capital of Chubut. It is a natural paradise featuring native vegetation, with the sea just a few meters from the house. It is a very quiet and safe neighborhood. There is no public transportation, so having a rental car is essential. Our house is located 10 minutes from Rawson, 10 minutes from Playa Unión, 30 minutes from Trelew, and 60 minutes from Puerto Madryn—a place where, between July and November, you'll be able to see the whales, you can also go scuba diving or snorkeling with sea lions. Ten minutes away at the Port of Rawson, you can take a boat trip to see ("toninas overas" a Patagonian dolphin species. And at Punta Tombo (a 60-minute drive), during the summer months, you can visit the largest Magellanic penguin colony and see them in their natural habitat. You can also visit Gaiman, the largest Welsh settlement in Patagonia; it is a wonderful place to explore where the traditional Welsh tea ceremony is still observed. Trelew Airport is 30 minutes away. The Space

Our house is located right by the sea, on a beach just 10 minutes from the provincial capital. From the windows, you can see the ocean and a beautiful rock formation; the patio offers private access to the shore, allowing you to wake up every morning gazing at the beauty of the Atlantic Ocean. The patio is fully enclosed and features a barbecue area, a seating area, a wooden deck, and a heated pool (available only in summer). Our dog, "Cachila," lives with us but will not be present when guests are staying. The house has stairs, and the bedrooms are located on the upper floor. I have attached a series of videos showing the sights near our house. Cleaning fee $50

To get to my house, you should fly to the Buenos Aires airport and then take a flight to Trelew or Puerto Madryn; we are located 20 minutes from the Trelew airport and offer to come pick you up.
