Pet Friendly Cabin in the Smoky Mountains! ➡ Perfect for reunions, sleeping up to 12 guests: 3 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 1 Queen/Twin bunk, a pullout, and a couch across 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 🌟 Convenient & Accessible ➡ No steep roads, parking for up to 6 vehicles, and minimal stairs at the entry. 🌟 Relax & Entertain ➡ Private jacuzzi, pool table, arcade, and a one-of-a-kind creekside gazebo with a fire pit. 🌟 Modern Comforts ➡ Free cable TV with multiple channels, Wi-Fi (note: mountain speeds may vary), 5 TVs including a Roku-equipped smart TV, and a full-size washer/dryer. 🌟 Seasonal Access ➡ Easy to reach, though chains or 4x4 may be required in winter. Our cabin is located in a natural mountain setting. Despite regular professional cleaning and pest control, occasional insects, leaves, dirt, or outdoor debris may be present. This is common for homes in wooded areas and should be expected when staying in nature. A perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and Smoky Mountains charm! 🌄 Guest access You will get a personalized door code sent to you before check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys. Enjoy the entire place to yourself, minus the owner’s closet which is labeled in the bathroom on the 2nd floor and the area under the house where the electrical is kept which has a lock on it. Other things to note ⭐️ENTRY⭐️ The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send you a personalized door code before check-in. ⭐️INTERNET/CABLE⭐️ Smart TVs have TV. Please keep in mind that Wifi can change in speed at times due to us being in the mountains. You cannot unplug the WiFi router under any circumstance. $575 fee will apply plus the cost of having someone go out there and plug back in. ⭐️Fire Pit⭐️ We have a great new gas fire pit for your enjoyment by the outdoor gazebo. Please make sure this is turned off after use for fire safety. ⭐️NO PARTIES⭐️ If you are found to be having a party or have more than the number of registered guests at the property you will immediately be evicted by the county sheriff's department. Monetary damages will apply if this rule is broken. Please communicate to the host if you are thinking of having extra guests over during the day. ⭐️BEDROOMS⭐️ There are 5 bedrooms and a pullout couch in a separate room which can accommodate to at least 14 people. 3 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Bunkbed (1 Queen and 1 Twin Bed), 1 Pullout Bed, Couch. ⭐️KITCHEN⭐️ Fully remodeled custom-built stocked kitchen with a refrigerator, ice maker, water filter, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, tea kettle, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, standard & Keurig coffee makers, etc. Stainless steel appliances. YES we have plenty of coffee for you and your guests :) ⭐️LAUNDRY⭐️ Full-size washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron located in the downstairs bedroom closet. ⭐️AMENITIES⭐️ Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, trash can liners, toilet paper, shampoo, and soap. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out. ⭐️CREEKSIDE GAZEBO⭐️ One of the most unique features of our property is that we have a beautiful creek that runs right on our property! While this is a nice and exciting feature, please be watchful of young children when you’re outside by the creek as the water can be swift. Please make sure children are supervised at all times while outside. This experience is unlike anything in the Smokys and you and your family will love it! ⭐️GAMES (Game room)⭐️ Custom made pool table located on the bottom floor (do not move the pool table for ANY reason). Cornhole is located in the Game Room along with lots of board games under the TV.
