The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. A personalized door code will be sent prior to your arrival for easy self check-in.

~PARKING & EV CHARGING~
Guests may park in the driveway and garage. The home includes a convenient EV charger in the garage for electric vehicle charging during your stay. Please note that a portion of the garage is reserved for owner storage along the sides and contains personal belongings. Guests will still have access to the remaining garage space and EV charger.

~INTERNET & TV~
The home features high speed WiFi and Smart TVs throughout. Guests can log in to their favorite streaming services during their stay. Please do not unplug the WiFi equipment.

~COMMUNITY POOL & SPA~
Guests have access to the community pool and spa, located just a short walk from the home. Please follow all posted community rules and hours.

~NO PARTIES OR EVENTS~
Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Only registered guests may stay overnight at the property. Please contact us in advance if you would like visitors during your stay.

~BEDROOMS~
The home comfortably accommodates families and extended stay guests with thoughtfully furnished bedrooms, comfortable bedding, and ample storage space.

~KITCHEN~
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, utensils, and everything needed for everyday cooking and dining.

~LAUNDRY~
A full size washer and dryer are available for guest use, along with an iron and ironing board.

~AMENITIES~
Starter supplies are provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Guests staying for extended periods may need to replenish supplies during their stay.

~PETS~
Pets may be allowed with prior approval. Please contact us before booking if you plan to bring a pet. Pets should not be left unattended in the home unless properly crated.
