General Overview

Location, location, location! We can step out on to our deck and wander a few feet to the Lake's edge along the north shore. The view is amazing. Our home is 3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath, beautifully maintained townhome. Every season is great at Lake Tahoe no matter if you are a into the snow sports, mountain hiking, or just sitting on the beach with a good book.

The Space

The townhouse is a two story, 3 bedroom, nicely furnished vacation home. The kitchen and living space are downstairs. Bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry are upstairs. The home is right on the beach so you always have an unobstructed view of the lake. The kitchen is fully equiped for those who like cooking, but many cafes, bars and restaurants are in walking distance.

Guest Access

The townhome is two story, so it is not suitable for those with mobility issues. One car garage and one outside parking space are available.

Notes

There are six owners of this unit, so we have a total of 8 weeks throughout the year to enjoy this space. While we enjoy every minute of being there, we are also open to an exchange for others to enjoy it and allow ourselves the ability to visit other places.

Neighbourhood

Along the north shore, there are many restaurants to choose from. There is a playground on the beach just a few blocks away, a delightful miniature golf course, a small library, Safeway grocery store, sport equipment purchase and rental, and gift shopping. A golf course is across the street. Hiking and snow boarding or skiing are all around.

Getting to my home

It is best to drive there. If flying, the closest airport is in Reno, Nevada. Pick up a rental car there and drive about 30 mintues to Kings Beach.
