Within walking distance of the house are the beach, Castlerock Golf Club, the Coffee Hut (great for breakfast and lunch), the Surf Shack (great for drinks and also hire of wetsuits and boards and surf lessons and kids surf camps in the Easter and Summer holidays), the Loft Restaurant and a small supermarket and post office.

Nearest Airport is City of Derry which is 40 mins away. 
Belfast Airports are 60-70 mins away. 
Dublin Airport is a drive of 3hrs 10.

Getting Around

Guests can either travel around by car, bicycle or train. There is a train every hour to Londonderry/Derry and to Belfast.

Hi, We are a family of 4 - my husband Clifford, myself and our two daughters aged 14 and 11 (12 in Oct 26). We have had the opportunity to live in and travel to several countries, but frequently we have had the tendency to return to the same places - now we are looking forward to exploring the world! 

We are a family that enjoys being outdoors - we love hiking, taking part in Park Run, cold water swimming and skiing. Clifford is a physics teacher and I work in recruitment. 

Our holiday house is on the stunning North Coast of Ireland, an area known worldwide for the Giants Causeway, its links golf courses, and the warmth of the Irish welcome (as well as the location of much of the Game of Thrones filming!) 

We are so pleased to be part of this exchange community and look forward very much to the adventures ahead.  Though I have put down some destinations below, we would be really happy to go anywhere in the world including stays in the South of Ireland and the United Kingdom. We look forward to hearing from you :)
