General Overview

Our home sits on 2.5 acres with 360 views of mountains and a sunset that makes the noise of the world stop. We are 30 min from Prescott, AZ known as Christmas city. Prescott is truly a gem full of history, adventure and all 4 seasons to be enjoyed. Hike, bike, or kayak our many small lakes and trails including the beautiful granite dells. Stroll famous Whiskey row shops and restaurants and visit the Sharlott Hall museum - where much of my family history is preserved. We are also 45 min to Wickenburg - a great western town with a Smithsonian affiliate museum, rodeos, and Vulture gold mine. There’s so much to do as we are centrally located to the Grand Canyon which is 2.5 hours, Sedona 2 hours, Jerome 1.5 hour, Phoenix 2 hours, Flagstaff 2.5 hours, Las Vegas is 4 hours.

The Space

2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom this cozy home provides all the comfort in a little package. Newly remodeled from top to bottom our home is our happy place with kid friendly furnishings. The first bedroom has a king bedroom while the kids room has a triple bunk bed. Snuggle up on the furduroy couch for a movie on 80” tv.

Our home is a 1 hour and 45 min from Sky Harbor in Phoenix. A shuttle does go to Prescott from the airport, but a vehicle is necessary to get around.

Bailey

We are a family of 5 with adventurous souls! We live in Alaska during the summer where my husband, works as an equipment operator. While he’s busy at work the kids and I enjoy gardening, fishing, camping, hiking, foraging and hunting. After his work season we winter in Arizona, where we visit with family and explore some of our favorite places. We homeschool our three young children. Our favorite activities include the junior ranger program, museums, zoos and experiences that teach us about the cultures and traditions from the places we explore. Our time together during the off season is so special to us and we love to make the most of it. We love all animals and have extensive experience caring for furry loved ones.
