Welcome at home !
We have a huge contemporary house, overlooking the valley.
The space
It has 1 bedroom, and 1 office on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms, 1 guest room, 1 play room and two bathrooms on the first floor.
Our living room is bright and sunny. The musicians will appreciate the piano and guitares.
We have a large well equipped kitchen.
A 1000 m² garden awaits you with a swimmingpool, two terraces, two lounges and two barbecues, as well as many games for children, and table tennis.
For evening : many games, children's toys and books, babyfoot, darts game, and the observation of the starry sky on the terrace.
Behind the house, a large 2-hectare park with a playground, a tennis court, a volleyball court and a basketball hoop.
From the park, we can discover many hiking and cycling ways. We have bikes for adults and children.

Talensac is a small very welcoming town in Brittany.
It is located in the country of Brocéliande, countries of the Arthurian legends and Merlin. You can visit beautiful Breton villages and hike and ride in the forest. The region has an intense community life and offers many Breton festivals and cultural events. We love walking around the area and can offer advice for visits.
10km is a leisure park at the edge of a lake with many activities for all ages : beach, tree climbing, sailing ...
Gourmets will enjoy our Breton products : french crêpes, pastries, seafood, and other typical recipes to make at home or enjoy in the restaurants.
Rennes is 20 minutes by car, or by bus or train. This is a great dynamic city with a medieval center where it is good to walk and ride, the market of Lices renowned for his very good food.
Talensac is a good starting point to visit the whole of Brittany. We are less than 1 hour from the sea : Saint-Malo/Dinard in north and the Gulf of Morbihan in the south. The Mont Saint-Michel is 1:15, and Nantes (capital of the Dukes of Brittany) at 1:30.
Getting around
In the village, we have shops : bakery, butcher, grocery, pharmacy, restaurant ...
5 km from the house there is in Montfort-sur-Meu a cinema, a swimming pool, a supermarket, a regional market (quality local produces), restaurants...
We can travel by train (Rennes) or plane (Nantes, Rennes).
Since july 2017, Paris is 1:25 by train.
