Sorell is a perfect start or end point for your Tasmanian adventure being close to Hobart International Airport. This villa compliments our other PLU listing in Bicheno, 2 hours drive away on the east coast. Make this villa your base for a few days before heading to the east coast or exploring what the state has to offer.

The Space
Offering a clean, low-maintenance space with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The villa features a light-filled open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a master bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite. Two additional bedrooms are available, one with a queen bed, and one currently used as a spare space for exercising, play room and storage, a port a cot can be arranged for this room, perfect for children, or as a spare space.
Wi-Fi, reverse-cycle heating/cooling, laundry facilities, and a private courtyard round out the amenities.
Located in a quiet, secure cul-de-sac, you’ll be a short 2 minute drive or short stroll from supermarkets, cafes, parks, and local shops.

This villa is 1 of 2 villas on the property, our neighbour is very friendly.
Located in a quiet, secure cul de sac. Major supermarkets, 2 min drive away or 20 min stroll. Cafes. restaurants, parks and local shops all nearby.
Getting to my home
Taxi ride, Uber or other ride share, rental car is approx 10 min drive from Hobart International Airport.
Public busses from Hobart CBD to Sorell run a few times a day.

Getting Around
We recommend having access to a vehicle if wishing to explore the Hobart region, Tasman Peninsula or East Coast as public transport is limited. There is a bus exchange to Hobart city, East Coast and Tasman Peninsula which is approx. 20 minute walk from the villa, Note: This Bus does not stop at the airport.

Ray was fantastic, again. He and Mel stayed at our home recently and were great guests. We spoke on the phone a few times (as we had a house problem) and Ray was super helpful. They are welcome back anytime. -
Communication with Ray and Mel was excellent from the get go. It was an absolute pleasure hosting them in our Penguin home. Mel even offered to give my roses a prune, as I wasn't going to be home at the perfect rose pruning time. I sincerely hope we meet, and am looking forward to our visit to their Bicheno home. -
It was a pleasure to have Ray at our home. Communication was easy before, during and after the exchange. But most of all Ray took really good care of our home and left it spotless! Thank you. -

They were very respectful of our home and left it in perfect condition, my plants definitely were healthier on our return! Ray and Mel were the perfect guests! We had easy communication before and during the exchange. They looked after our home beautifully, including watering house plants and feeding the tui's and kindly made sure it was ready for the next guests. We highly recommend Ray and Mel as exchangers and it's been a pleasure to get to 'know' them although we've yet to meet! -
Ray and Mel looked after our campervan perfectly, cleaning her inside and out plus ensuring linen etc was ready for the next exchangers while we were on another exchange overseas. Thank you so much!
