What you will love about this home: This listing is for our cozy guestroom, one-bedroom, connected to the main house by a hallway. Feel free to use our full kitchen as well if you’d like. Our guest room is located in the basement of our bungalow and is accessible via a staircase. Your Private Space Includes: One Bedroom: Featuring a king-sized bed and a bathroom with a toilet and a sink. The room also includes a couch that converts to a bed, a TV for relaxing before bed and a desk. Shared Spaces: Kitchen: Fully equipped with cookware,pots and pans, a coffee machine. We have two refrigerators, so you'll have plenty of space for your groceries. If you need to do laundry, just let us know, and we’ll make the room available. Bathroom upstairs: Shower, double sinks and toilet. Dining room: With a nice view to the garden. Outdoor Area: with a terrace and a nice garden. We're a busy family with teens, so you'll likely hear some noise from our side of the house as we come and go, but we always do our best to be thoughtful and keep it to a minimum. We're friendly and easy going, offering flexible dates, and we're open to 1 or 2-night stays, even on short notice. Just reach out, and we'd be happy to chat. Your privacy is important to us, and we’ll never enter your side of the home. *Since this is our primary home and we’ll be sharing the space, we like to keep these exchanges to a week or less—it helps us all stay sane! That said, we get that sometimes life calls for a few extra days of Vacation, so we’re happy to chat and work something out if needed.* We love to travel but always enjoy coming back to this home. We hope you'll love it as much as we do. Please remember this is our primary home where we live, work, and play. While it's a beautiful, tidy, organized, and comfortable home… it is not perfect.
