Cleaning Fee: Since we won't be in the USA during the exchange, a cleaning fee will be applied to each stay to ensure the home is refreshed for every new guest. We request a $200 cleaning fee for all not simultaneous exchanges. We want the home to be spotless for you!

Minimum Stay: We require a minimum stay of 7 nights.

House Rules: To maintain a pleasant environment for all, please note that we do not allow pets or smoking in the property.

The Space

Our house open concept first floor offers a formal dining room, living area, and a gourmet kitchen ideal for cooking at-home. A double door accesses the adjoining deck and lush garden where you can sit back & enjoy your own private outdoor living space while taking in magical sunset reflections off the Hudson River. There you will discover inspiring spectacular waterfront sites, exciting direct views of sparkling Iconic Hudson Yards and countless landmarks including the shining Freedom Tower! Venturing up to the second floor you’ll discover the east facing, queen sized primary bedroom suite, with a wall of windows showcasing dazzling postcard views! Down the hallway, there are 2 more bedrooms with queen size beds, a third bedroom with single beds and a full bathroom. Washer and dryer are also on the second floor. Do not miss the opportunity to enjoy this unique home in a very friendly and safe neighborhood with easy access by car or public transportation to NYC, Times Square, Hudson Yards, Hoboken, and Jersey City. A short bus ride will leave you one block from Times Square in Manhattan. We're closer to most Manhattan’s attractions than some other areas of New York City.

Guest Access

You will have access to the whole house. 

High speed wireless internet, and other convenient amenities like NYC travel book, City map and Subway map are provided for use during your stay. You will also find a binder with useful information at the apartment.

The kitchen is well stocked and fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, basic staples etc… so you can cook and dine in. Please carefully wash, dry and put away whatever you use.

You will have access to a washer and dryer.

We do not clean the apartment during your stay (we clean it before your arrival and after your departure only). We will provide clean sheet and towels and cleaning supplies. There is a washer and dryer on premises. 

All the bedrooms are on the second floor, so unfortunately is not recommended for people with limited mobility.

Neighbourhood

Our home sits on the Palisade Cliffs on the New Jersey side of the Hudson river. The Hudson river divides the state of New York from the state of New Jersey. It's a quiet and safe residential neighborhood but in minutes you can be in Times Square, and from there you have easy access to all NYC attractions. 

You'll find everything you need within few minutes walking distance: supermarket, restaurants, cafes and grocery stores are near by in case you want to cook at home. 

Please remember, this is a community, we live here all year around, please be considerate of our neighbors.

Getting to my home

We are in a super convenient location, close to the Lincoln Tunnel. on the New Jersey side. 
A 24/7 bus stop is a few blocks away.

Nearest airport

Newark Airport - 20 minutes 
La Guardia Airport - 40 minutes
JFK Airport - 1 hour

Getting Around

All buses go to one place only - near Times Square. There is literally no way to get lost if you are taking a bus that is traveling to Manhattan. However, you will find detailed info on how to get in/out of the city in the info binder provided in the apartment. 
The bus ride to the Port Authority bus station on  42nd St in Manhattan takes about 15-20 minutes in normal traffic.
