General Overview

The apartment is very nice and very well located on the 1st floor, on the courtyard side in a quiet area with the Jules Joffrin metro 2 minutes away.

The Space

Our apartment is spacious with a very trendy and pleasant décor. Completely renovated and well equipped with 2 large bedrooms with 140 double beds. A modern open kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, host, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle which opens onto the living room facing a large window. There is a TV as well as a box with Netflix, prime video... And a PS5. The sofa in the living room is an extra bed for 2 people 140. Located on the 1st floor on the courtyard side in a beautiful old building, it is also very quiet. Note that this apartment is occupied by 2 of our children who are studying in Paris.

It is in a nice neighborhood 10 minutes walk from the Sacré Coeur and very close to the metro. There is just downstairs a lovely cosy café that makes delicious brunches.

Getting Around
