General Overview

Our house is built of solid wood, this creates a pleasant, warm atmosphere. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area allow for unobstructed views of the garden and mountains. The terrace door in the living area leads directly to the covered terrace and the garden. The house consists of basement, ground floor and upper floor. On the ground floor is the inviting living area and the fully equipped kitchen, as well as a small guest bathroom (with toilet and shower). On the upper floor you will find three bedrooms, a toilet and the large bathroom with sauna, bathtub and access to the roof terrace. For our children we have set up a 42m² play and exercise room in the basement. Wall bars, hula hoops, Playmobil, Duplo, children's kitchen, board games, etc. can be found here.

Notes

Our cat "Billy" still lives with us in the house. He is very cuddly and child-friendly. In the garden, two rabbits live in the rabbit hutch, "Brownie" and "Chili". They are happy about fresh grass or carrots.

Neighbourhood

Our house is located in a small settlement of about 20 houses. We are located in a cul-de-sac, which has the advantage of being very quiet. The town centre is 2.5km away. In our small village there is everything you need: supermarket, pharmacy, doctors, playgrounds, outdoor pool, bakery, pastry shop, butcher. There are numerous local farmers who sell their products (milk, cheese, meat, fish, eggs,...)

A car is indispensable in our area. It is best to travel by car.

Getting Around

Since we live in the countryside, our house is best reached by car. There is public transport (Mühldorf/Scharnstein train station, bus stop/In der Thann). However, these are only very lightly frequented, not comparable to public transport in the city. If you want to explore the area, a car is definitely necessary.
