Spacious 3-bedroom house with heated pool, 5 minutes to Merimbula town and spectacular beaches. Located a couple of hundred meters from the boardwalk and Merimbula Lake. Turn left and walk 20 minutes to Merimbula CBD or turn right and go 5 minutes to Sunny's Kiosk for breakfast, lunch, coffee or cocktail. Perfect location, enough room of the entire family, the boat and the dogs or two families travelling together.

The Space

Upstairs is open plan lounge and dining area with outdoor, undercover balcony. Down the hall are the three bedrooms and main bathroom with separate toilet. Downstairs is a kitchenette, bathroom, king bed, 2 single beds and lounge room that looks out over the outdoor pool. There is ample parking room for a number of cars in the garage and driveway.

Merimbula is an spectacular seaside town on the sparkling Sapphire Coast of NSW that offers rugged ocean beaches and tranquil coastal lakes. Wonderful things to do and see here include a range of water sports, whale watching, exploring an aquarium and wildlife sanctuary, and tasting the best local seafood.

Getting to my home

Merimbula is just under six hours’ drive from Sydney, 7hr 30min from Melbourne and three hours from Canberra. You can also fly into Merimbula Airport and hire a car to explore the region.

G'day from Australia! My name is Kelly, and we are a family of 5... my husband Ray and 3 busy teenagers. We live in the beautiful Snowy Mountains of NSW. I know what you're thinking.... but yes, Australia does have snow! In comparison to some other ski resorts around the world, we may have hills instead of mountains and snow more like non-flavoured ice slushies rather than actual powder BUT we do live in an incredible part of the world. In 2024, we sold our automotive workshop after 16 years in business, which has given us the freedom to start living. My husband and his family are from Scottland, so a Scottish exchange is top of the bucket list.
