General Overview

Our house is one of Klitmøllers original buildings that date back to 1888. We have restored it our selves so that it seems both modern/scandinavian , but still has respect for the original formfactor. We are placed right on the border of Klitmøller with the national park as our neighbour. This means under 1km to the ocean and beautiful late sunsets, and amenities of the town. The national park as neighbour on the hand offers shelter from the North Sea and busy tourism-vibe.

The Space

Our home consist of a ground floor with a bright kitchen/living-room area, a office/reading/playroom and a bedroom. Upstairs we have a small bedroom and masters bedroom. Like many artists in the past, we love the unique natural light of the area and therefore don't fancy curtains:) We have a large garden including kitchen/herp garden and a self-service flower-field. There are bikes available for one to use the good bike-infrastructure in the area.

Notes

We would love you to feed our cat daily (lives in the barn) and the chickens every 3rd day. Chickens will provide you with eggs as a return.

mads

We are a family consisting of Sofie (M.Sc within soil science), Mads (civil engineer) and a teenager (13) and a boy (6). We live in a renewed farm which is situated right on the outerskirts of the charming surf-town of Klitmøller and Denmarks largest National Park. We love animals and currently have 4 small cows that run freely within a large fenced but natural area, chickens and a cat which lives outside and protect our property from snakes and mice. We have restored our farm our selves and therefore have a deep respect for what goes into maintaining and respecting a home .
