We live in Budapest, in the 11th district, and we have 2 studios of ~33 square meters where we love to invite our personal guests or guests reserving via Airbnb.
The studios are not large but are close to public transport, with a bit of view on the Danube and very well equipped with various appliances as well as some personal touches like super Italian extra virgin olive oil, honey from small batches and many more. We prefer to post our 2 little apartments to allow major flexibility to who may be interested to visit Budapest. One apartment (the one you see in the pictures of this home) may accommodate 4, the other 2, but they are very similar.
As a bonus, we would also love to host you in our house near lake Balaton

The Space

33 Square meters studio, with a sofa opening in a bed and a bunked bed, good for a family up to four or a couple.
We have air conditioning and  a lovely coffee machine with good Italian coffee capsules or pods. The apartment has heating but is placed in an old building, which impacts the insulation. 
One thing to notice, the  balcony opens on a large street leading to the Danube, so traffic noises can be heard.

Guest Access

The apartment is on the third floor, there is a lift but there are 7 steps to climb to get to the level of the lift. The position is extremely well served with public transport

Neighbourhood

Safe neighborhood, extremely well connected with public transport. Parking a car is not difficult, but there are no free parking spots nearby.

Getting to my home

You can easily get here. By road, the highway is just few minutes away, by train the closest station is the Kelenfold station, if you come from the Airport, public transport will take you here in 50-60 minutes, depending on the transport you take. A taxi ride to the airport would be 25-30 minutes
