General Overview
Gorgeous large house in St Monans, on the East Neuk of Fife, a historic and picturesque series of fishing villages and popular holiday and golfing destination (fresh seafood, excellent golf courses, outdoor activities, historic castles, foodie venues, fishing, coastal path walks, boat trips, St Andrews and Edinburgh close by).
Perfect base for an East Neuk holiday with easy access to St Andrews (20mins drive).
1hour to Edinburgh airport / 1hr 20mins to Edinburgh city centre if driving (bus and train options also available).
5 minutes to Elie beach or Pittenweem, 8 mins to Anstruther, 10 minutes to Dumbarnie Links, nearby other golf courses.
St Monans is a beautiful fishing village with lovely cafes and harbour, easy access to coastal walk, ancient seaside church, excellent fresh fish counters/shops, organic brewery and Delis/ farm shop / local butcher either in village or very nearby.
2 double bedrooms + twin room (with trundle for potentially 3 singles), living room, dining room, large modern kitchen, enclosed sheltered back garden. Bathroom has shower and (separate) bath.
If you are unable to clean or don't have the time at the end of your stay, we totally understand - the cleaning fee for our local cleaner to do it is £100 (inc bed linen + towels cleaning).
