The Space

Our holiday home in “Silver City Beside the Sea” or simply called, “The Granite City”, the stunning stone that the city is largely made up of even our home. We hope you will have a great time discovering and exploring this city, surrounding towns, the highlands and the lowlands. We are happy to share our special holiday home with you and truly hope you enjoy it as much as we do. This city is home to a superb wildlife community. From sorts of sea birds to vast amount of large bottlenose dolphins, it’s quite the haven for nature enthusiasts. We have a large 1 bedroom with king size bed and sofabed in the living room. Access to communal garden. It was build more than a hundred years ago in old traditional granite stone with high ceilings and windows. It has a spacious bedroom, warm and cozy lounge, well equipped kitchen and good sized, well-lit bathroom.

Guest Access

The flat is in the ground floor. However, there are 2 steps in the main building hallway to get to our flat.

Notes

We also run this as a bnb and so cleanliness to highest standards is required (we want to maintain our rating of 4.9 to 5*). As we do not live nearby, we’d ask guests to wash all beddings and towels; make the beds and set towels. If time does not allow guests to do this, we offer the service of our cleaner. Please let me know in advance how you wish to tackle the cleaning :)
