Accepting globes or plutos from PHOTOS WILL BE UPLOADED THIS WEEK! Refurbished casita but still retaining some rustic vive
Our guest cottage is located on the grounds of the garden. You can access the cottage by a separate entrance to the garden if guests prefer to do so. The views over the Sierra Calderona mountains are amazing.
The casita is next to the outdoor pool. Please note the pool is not fenced in.
It has one bedroom with king size bed. A separate shower room.
The open kitchen, dining and lounge is cozy but perfect to enjoy.
It has a wood burning stove for winter months. The casita also has air con and heating.
The Space
It has one king size bedroom, a shower / bathroom, an open sitting room, kitchen and dining area.
In the sitting area, we have a sofa bed if you needed an extra bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped but if anything else is needed, we are only at the end of the other side of the garden!
It is very private,
Guests also have access to the main house porch area, garden, tennis courts (a little run down but still working :-)) we also use the court to excercise when in the mood! Access to the outdoor pool is all year round even though it is mot heated. Guests are also welcome to use the outdoor kitchen / BBQ area adjacent to main house. See our other listing.
We want our guests to feel welcomed and not pressurized to feel they need to engage with hosts... unless they want to! we are pretty chilled out and love making sure everyone feels the same.
There is a sofa bed in the lounge and depending on guests this can be used.
Guest Access
The cottage is accessed by 3 small steps.
It is not suitable for wheel chair access.
The grounds have two entrances. The main one at the front for cars and pedestrian and the other pedestrian door at the side of the porperty close to the guest cottage. Guests are welcomed to use either.
Notes
The casita is very private and you will feel independent.
PLEASE NOTE THE GARDEN AREA NEAR THE CASITA AND POOL IS BEING FINISHED IN SEPT 2025.

Lina
Nick and Lina. We are husband and wife in our 50s. We enjoy travelling as a couple and sometimes one of our children ages, 18, 17 and 28 join us when we manage to persuade them to do so! Most if the time it will be just the two of us and maybe one or two more adult family members but rare. We also travel (depending on location) with our dog Lola a cockapoo that doesn't shed hair as I am allergic.
We both work remotely and travel for work.
People Like Us is the world's most trusted home exchange community. We believe in sharing, trust, generosity, respect, communication, equality, cooperation, honesty, hospitality, friendship, flexibility and adventure. We take pride in our homes and we care about the environment in which we live: our village, city, country and our planet. We care about the ethos of home exchange and we do it because we love the experience and the friendships that it generates.
