Communication with Judith was great from the start. We had a video visit before confirming our exchange, and continued any needed communication in a timely fashion. Judith and Tim are gracious hosts. Their lake cottage is directly on northern Lake Champlain, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It has huge windows looking out over the lake as well as a small patio, fire pit and a small deck mid stairs down to the lake shore. Montreal is within an hour as well as Burlington Vt. (minus border crossing time, which varies for us 15-40 minutes). There are many cute towns to visit and many outdoor pursuits in the area on both sides of the border. Thanks so much Judith and Tim!

We had such a wonderful stay at Judith and Tim's home! The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved spending time on the patio, enjoying the beautiful lake view and the constant soundtrack of birds. It was so peaceful. The location was perfect for visiting family and exploring the Eastern Townships. We wandered through charming villages, visited covered bridges, discovered great local food, and enjoyed beautiful scenic drives in the countryside. It was also a chance for me to revisit places I remembered from my youth, which made the trip extra special. Judith and Tim were perfect hosts: friendly, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with throughout the exchange. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and look forward to meeting them in the future. Thank you both for sharing your lovely home with us!

What a perfect vacation in a gorgeous location. The view from the large living room window, right out to Lake Champlain, makes it very, very tempting to just be still, snuggle up under a cozy blanket, and relax…which is exactly what we did several days! On other days, we ventured out to surrounding areas in Quebec and Vermont - so quaint and especially beautiful with the foliage. We had the best sleep - crisp night air, zero light pollution, and the most comfortable beds. I will miss the beds!! Judith was a great communicator, during the exchange process and the exchange itself. She made it super easy and super inviting to return again (which we would like)!! Thank you!

This comfortable, well-appointed cottage located on Missisquoi Bay is in a beautiful wooded area close the Vermont border and Phillipsburg. We especially enjoyed the sunsets over the lake while having a glass of wine. Also, enjoyed day trips to Venice-en-Que's beaches, the Eastern Townships' wine route and walking trails, as well as shopping in Burlington, Vermont.
