General Overview

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy million-dollar views of the Caribbean while relaxing in your poolside oasis. Nestled atop St. Thomas, this brand new air-conditioned cottage affords breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Centrally located, you are 5 minutes from world-famous Magens Bay beach, Hull Bay, and downtown Charlotte Amalie. Join the locals at Sib's restaurant and bar, only a two-minute walk away.

The Space

The guest house includes a spacious and comfortable studio cottage with a queen bed, full bathroom, well-appointed mini-kitchen, and workspace. There is also an additional full-sized kitchen, bar,  and multipurpose living room/dining room.  Enjoy outdoor dining at the poolside tables. An additional half bath and outdoor shower are also available for your use. The large pool deck is a great space to relax, sunbathe, or simply enjoy the views.

Guest Access

You will have access to the studio cottage, full kitchen, pool, pool deck, and patio.  We would love to spend time with you during your stay!  Our house is on the same property and we are always happy to get to know our guests and help them enjoy the islands.

Access to the guest house is down a flight of stairs.

Getting to my home

Renting a car is strongly recommended, though it is possible to call taxis.  We can help you arrange a rental car for a fraction of the price rental companies will charge.  Addresses are really not used on the island, so we will share a pin to our house for ease of navigation.

STT is 15 minutes from our house with direct flights from all major hubs on the east coast of the US.

Love the house, love the people, love the island. Our hosta very so pleasant and easy going. They helped us with everything we asked for and we had a marvelous time cruising around the island. If you are looking for a spectacular view, cozy laid back vibes and a very big warm welcome, then Michael and Jenny’s poolside cottage is the place. Michael and Jenny’s cottage was all that is pictured and more. Such gracious hosts that served up, both homemade mango and pistachio gelato, so good it needs to be marketed! They even invited us to partake in a Saturday ritual of wine tasting with an Italian long table filled with delicious foods and fun conversations. If you are visiting St Thomas, I would recommend this lovely piece of paradise. Thank you Michael and Jenny.

We had the best time at Michael and Jenny’s adorable poolside cottage! It’s comfortable and had everything we needed, including beach chairs, towels, a cooler and snorkel gear. It was so nice to have those things provided, it saved us so much luggage space. The views are spectacular and the neighborhood is close to many beautiful beaches and restaurants. And Sib’s, just a short walk away, has music on the weekends and good cocktails and food. St. Thomas is a gorgeous island with lots of fun activities. It’s been a pleasure getting to know Michael and his lovely family. We were treated like friends the minute we arrived and I’m so excited to welcome them to Umbria this summer!

We had a wonderful stay at Lynn and Norm's home! We enjoyed relaxing in the house, playing games, and watching the World Cup together. Where to begin… Anne and Gregor are kind, generous, and the sweetest people. Their home in Monteleone d’Orvieto is amazing. Idyllic, charming, incredibly comfortable and very well done.
