Large, comfortable, relaxing family home. 10 minutes from the city of Bunbury, 2 hrs south of Perth, 1 1/2 hrs north of Margaret River. Check out our backyard: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SxGc0jHcGL8
The estuary is ideal for kayaking, kitesurfing, windsurfing and boating.
The space
Our house has a big kitchen, spacious living areas that look out onto the estuary, a separate loungeroom, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 tv's, wifi, laundry, 1 lockable garage and plenty of parking..
We have a large, open backyard where you can easily access the bike path and the estuary, by walking straight out from the house.
We have kayaks available for use. Please wash them down when you have used them. You can easily kitesurf, windsurf and kayak from our backyard.
There's a lovely hot tub/spa out the back where you can relax and watch the amazing sunsets or enjoy the beautiful night sky.
The birdlife in our backyard and on the estuary is prolific and we also have dolphin swimming by which, if you're lucky, you can see and hear from inside the house.
The sunsets can be spectacular and the estuary changes constantly.

Neighbourhood
Our quiet neighbourhood has all services including doctors, dentist, Medical Centres, physiotherapists, chiropractors, hairdressers, coffee shops and petrol stations. which are all very close by. Our local shopping centre is 500 metres from our house and there are other bigger shopping centres a few kilometres from home.
Getting to my home
If you are flying in from Perth there is a South West Coach Lines bus which does 3 trips a day from Perth airport to Bunbury and stops 500 metres from our place. This takes about 2h 25m.
I would suggest hiring a car from Perth and driving down as you will need a car once you are here.
Talk to us about the availability of one of our cars.
Nearest airport
Busselton Airport is one hour away and does direct flights from Melbourne, 3 times a week with Jetstar.
Perth International Airport is just over 2 hours away.
Getting around
We would recommend you have your own vehicle, although there is public transport in to Bunbury.
