General overview
Our guest house is adjacent to a beautiful nature reserve. We provide access to all the outdoor patio and pool area for our guests. We feel like we have the best lot in our neighborhood because of the beautiful views of the valley that provide an ever changing look to behold.
Keep in mind, we will likely be here at the main house adjacent during your stay, but you will be given complete privacy or are welcome to come to us for any guidance or tips on the area.
Note that we do have a spare room that can also be offered, if needed to better accommodate 4 guests. The pictures of the spare room are on the listing for the main house.
IMPORTANT: Remember, we live adjacent to a nature reserve in a country with over 70,000 types of insects so communal living is part of life here. If you have a phobia about bugs, critters or such, our place is not for you. We have our house sprayed a couple times of year, but it’s impossible to keep the interior of our home bug free.
The space
PLEASE NOTE: While we love children, but our home is not child friendly. We have steep drop offs around our property, and floor to ceiling windows on the front of the house and glass coffee tables. Our pool is designed also for adults. If your children are 12 and above and well behaved you may reach out via private message to discuss. Our neighborhood is comprised of mainly over 55 retired residents who prefer peace and quiet so no partying or loud guests.
Open loft type living space with full bath and walk in shower.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
Guest access
No stairs and house is handicap friendly. Both the guest house and extra room have their own entrance.
Notes
We do live on a steep hill adjacent to a nature reserve, but a 4x4 is not required. The guest house has a full refrigerator and two burner electric stove top, but both are outside.
