We live in a quiet area of North Vancouver that is nestled in between mountains and the ocean so the view is breathtaking, day or night. Our property has a large fenced back garden space with lawn and veggie garden for wonderful summer al fresco dining. The front has a large driveway with space for parking our vehicles.

Neighbourhood
We are within walking distance from a small shopping area with grocery store, cafes and 2 restaurants and some retail space as well. There is a local pub 3 blocks away as well as recreation centre and library about a 3 minute drive from the house. We are located between Cates Park and Deep Cove, two very popular destinations for locals and tourists alike!
Getting to my home
There are buses that run past our house and taxis and Ubers are easy to find as well. It’s easiest to travel by car but public transit is very handy and efficient as well.
Nearest airport
Vancouver International Airport is 21 k from our house. It takes about 40 minutes by car.
Getting around
Shops are very close. There are several larger supermarkets within very close range by car or public transit.
