Welcome to our spacious and sunny apartment on the outskirt of Prague with a balcony and a great nature view. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (3 of 4 floors) including elevator.

The apartment is divided into a night part and a day part. On one side there is a living room connected to a large and fully equipped kitchen including my favorite coffee machine for my daily latte and for your favorite drink, too :) There is also a balcony attached with great nature/sunset view.
On the other side of the apartment there are two bedrooms:

2) Master bedroom with a king size bed, a crib for a baby, a work corner with an adjustable table and a comfortable work chair, also keyboards can be found here :)
Except already mentioned above there is one bathroom including a bathtub, a washing machine + a dryer, also one separate toilet as well.
Guest access
There are no stairs in the apartment, everything is on one floor, elevator is just outside the apartment and by dry foot you can easily jump or jump out from your or our car (in case it is discussed and available).
Notes
In addition, private parking and a bicycle storage room is placed in the building - 2 bicycles for adults + a bike / a motorbike / a scooter for small kids (2-6 years old) including helmets are available :) Do not hesitate to take a trip to the nearby Obora (a nature reserve), Milicovsky les (forest) with mini Zoopark, to the swimming pool in Kolovraty in the summer or go wakeboarding to nearby MOLO WAKE Bar :)

We spent this year's Easter in Prague thanks to Katarina's kindness. It was a great family time because, apart from our younger son, our older son also went with his girlfriend. Katarina and Gabriel live in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We didn't use public transport because we were traveling by car, but there is a bus stop near the house. Katarina has prepared everything we need to have a great time. We were there for a week and could explore Prague without rushing. We got a lot of tips on what to see and eat. Katarina was always available, the contact was great. We highly recommend Katarina and Gabriel's house. Thank you for a wonderful Easter. We are waiting for their arrival to Warsaw.
This is the second time we came to Katarina's home and all was just great!
This time I came together with my friend for a ladies weekend get away and we couldn't have chosen better!
Katarina and her family are great hosts! Even though we have decided very last minute to come, they prepared everything for us in such a thoughtful way :)
Prague is a wonderful city to visit and explore. We did enjoy a great weekend and we would come back anytime!
We highly recommend an exchange with Katarina and her family!
Thank you very much, Diana, I have to say that you are also a great guest, very friendly and generous - those Austrian sweets are already gone :D I can´t believe I have eaten so much chocolate last days :D There were so delicious and every day we are opening the windows on Advent calendar - best calendars I have seen ever! Thank you very much and you are welcome here anytime again :)
We spent a wonderful longer weekend in Prague at Katarina's place. The apartment is cozy and the atmosphere is so nice inside! We especially loved the terrace with the beautiful view, where we got to relax while the kids discovered and played with all the great toys they found there. We liked that the apartment is child friendly and we found there everything we needed. Katarina and her family left a lot of delicious food and drinks for us and great snacks and even souvenirs! They are very friendly and great, the communication was very easy and we got great tips about what to do and see around.
The kids also appreciated the playground that is just in front of the building and they played a lot there too.
We visited the center of Prague, a museum, a nice indoor playground, and a really nice restaurant by the lake. We got great recommendations and we loved every minute!
The best part of all this trip was that in the end we got to meet Katarina and her family and we spent a bit of time together. It felt like meeting (old) friends!
We would highly recommend an exchange with Katarina and her family!
Katarina and Gabriel left our apartment in perfect condition, they brought us a lot of typical sweets and gifts for my daughter.
During her stay here we saw each other several times, we spoke every day via WhatsApp. Her daughters are lovely, they played with my daughter in the sand and one afternoon we went to the fair together.
We are waiting for the day to come to see them again in Prague.
Katarina and her family were wonderful guests - very easy to deal with and very nice. We had a videochat before the exchange which was nice.
We enjoyed being able to meet them in person for a moment as we gave them a lift to the railway station when they left.
.We would be happy to offer them our house again.
Katarina and her family were great guests! They left everything in perfect order and we came back to a super clean house! They even left us gifts for the kids and some groceries that we really appreciated as there was a public holiday when we arrived back and everything was closed in Austria. We highly recommend them for an exchange!
We made a non.simultaneous exchange with Katarina and her lovely family.
The communication was fast and smooth, Katarina is very kind and funny.
First they were in our house for some day and they had been a perfect guests.
They take care of our house as much as me.
They are great travellers and experienced in home exchange!
We can't wait to go to Prague!!!
Renata and her family spent the Easter holidays in our apartment and I hope they enjoyed it. We even had the chance to meet while I was waiting for the train to Slovakia. They are very kind and generous, the communication was always great - before, during or after the exchange and what a beautiful surprise awaited on the dining table after returning to Prague, so many typical Polish delicacies and a wooden Easter basket, thank you very much once again! And as for the cleaning, our apartment! was spotless, even the towels or bed linen were washed :) I can only recommend the exchange with this family :) and we are already looking forward to a trip to Poland one day :)
It was our best decision to come for an exchange to Spain in November that we were able to catch some sun in comparison with a rainy and cold weather in Prague. Bea, Javi and Nerea are very friendly, generous and ready to help anytime with any advice of restaurant or where to go or what to see in the nearby. First day we came really late, so it was a great surprise for us to see lots of food, local snacks or drinks left on the table :) There was also a huge bowl of oranges collected for us to have a fresh juice every day, it was perfect beginning of the day and oranges were very sweet! Their apartment is located directly on the beach with a smooth sand and our kids liked playing there or looking for seashells. Anything you need can be found in the apartment, even for kids there were lots of toys or scooters that were used each day :) We really enjoyed every minute of our stay and tried some local meals or tapas, we have also visited Xabia with many restaurants along the beach or Valencia with great Oceanografic. We have to come back to this area again for sure to explore more. Thank you very much once again and I am looking forward to welcome you in Prague one day! Katarina, Gabriel, Karin and Laura
Diana is the best guest you can wish for. We have welcomed her and her family during this summer already in our apartment and now she came to Prague again with her friend. They have stayed for one night only, but what a big surprise was waiting for us when we came back from another great exchange, she and her friend left us advent calendars for kids with many small or big items for every day, there was even one for me :) that I was not expected at all. Both were the best prepared advent calendars I have seen so far, really. She also brought many delicious Austrian sweets that I liked during our visit in Linz or beers for my husband as well, he really liked them. She is very friendly and generous. Thank you very much Diana, you are welcome anytime again :)
Visiting Malmö was our first experience with Scandinavia. We could not wish a better start by doing exchange with Marie-Louise and Stefan. They are really nice and generous people, their house has a perfect location - just a few minutes from the sea, a few steps from Lidl supermarket and also has a breathtaking view of Turning Torso from the terrace. Lot of toys or deskboard games were prepared on the table and our kids really enjoyed a playground just in front of the house. Malmö is a beautiful city and we really enjoyed walking nearby the sea or sitting on the stairs with ice cream while watching sunset. We experienced last day of the Malmö festival - a lot of food (a grilled salmon was the best), carousels for kids, concerts and many other things, it was really great! On the last day we were almost late for a train to the airport in Copenhagen but, unfortunatelly, I was not still finished with cleaning the kitchen. Marie-Louise was nice and understanding, she even drove us to the train station, so we were able to catch our train. We came at the airport at the last minute and were running the whole time. Thanks to Marie - Louise we could catch our flight on time. Thank you very much, Marie - Louise and Stefan, you have my door open anytime and I can highly recommend staying in this beautiful house and exchanging with them.
We made our first simultaneous exchange with Diana and her family and we just could not choose better :) They are really nice and friendly people, we even met personally and spent some time together during our last day in Linz. The apartment is very beautiful and comfortable, Diana left us a lot of food and drinks, that we really appreciated as we were coming late our first day as usually :) Also I have really enjoyed the morning caffees on the balcony with a great view of Postlingberg where Grottenbahn can be found, we really liked this dragon train for kids, especially the underground with its fairytale world, it was perfect for kids and funny for us as well. As it was really hot during our stay, we have visited the nearby pool, where many pools for kids or a playground can be found. We really enjoyed it here, I hope we will exchange at least once again to explore more, in Linz or in Prague :) Communication was and still is perfect, Diana is really helpful anytime and we got lot of useful information :) We came back to Prague to a perfectly cleaned apartment, Diana even washed the bed linens and towels :) I can not say anything other than that I highly recommend exchanging with this friendly family :)
We came back to Prague to a perfectly cleaned apartment, Diana even washed the bed linens and towels :) I can not say anything other than that I highly recommend exchanging with this friendly family :)
If you would like to visit Budapest or other beautiful towns in the nearby, I can recommend you family Juhasz :) We have spent 2 nights in their house on our way back to Prague from Slovakia. The house is beautiful, spacious and comfortable and everything you could possibly need is easy to find. I really enjoyed my morning coffees on their terrace. Communication with Judit was really great and she was very helpful all the time. Especially their manual for their home, Budapest or the surrounding area is the best :) She has recommended us some places where to eat or what to visit in the nearby. In addition I was provided by a 5-star itinerary with beautiful photos of Budapest or the neighborhood. We have tried some of the typical Hungarian dishes like halászlé or somlói galuska at the restaurant next to the promenade in Vac, everything was very tasty. What was the most popular by our kids was huge playground at the end of the promenade and we couldn't get them out of there :D I highly recommend staying at the house of Judit, Illés and Eszter, we enjoyed our vacation here a lot, thank you very much once again and I'm already looking forward to welcome you in our apartment in Prague as well :)
