Neighbourhood
Our home is on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, located 90 minutes from Melbourne. We are close to some of the most beautiful beaches that can be experienced in the world. With the crystal clear bay beach just an 8 minute walk away and the stunning ocean beaches (with fabulous rock pools) only 12 minutes walk away - it is a very special place. And there are many, many other beach locations to explore. Some of these beaches are shown in the photos. In addition there are fabulous walking tracks, national parks, sailing clubs, surfing, hot springs, wineries and a range of golf clubs.
Please note: the ocean beaches have extremely dangerous rip currents and powerful waves. If you wish to swim at the ocean beaches, please ensure that you always swim 'between the flags' at the life saver patrolled beaches of Sorrento and Portsea. Note the Koonya Ocean Beach is very beautiful and very dangerous. Please do not swim there, it is not patrolled by life savers.

Getting Around
A car is ideal. We have two bicycles that can be used to get around if you don't have a car. There are buses that travel up and down the Peninsula.
