The Space

Open concept main floor. Picture windows in the living room. Three bedrooms with queen beds. Hardwood floors throughout. Fully finished lower level with family room set up for fun (65 inch TV, popcorn machine, games and puzzles).

Guest Access

Front door has keypad for access. Main floor includes open concept living room, kitchen, dining, two bedrooms and bath. Lower level has family room, laundry, bathroom and 3rd bedroom.

Notes

There is WIFI throughout, with a SONOS sound system on the main floor . The smart TVs are set up for streaming Netflix, Hulu etc. A cleaning fee is required from Exchange partners to ensure home is left in same condition.

Neighbourhood

Wonderful established neighborhood, with beautiful walking trails in the forest persevere. A few restaurants, coffee shops and a Whole Foods are in walking distance. CTA bus line close by. Lyft and Ubers are quick to respond. Close to the highway and quick access to downtown, the lakefront, and Wrigley. The museum campus, Navy Pier and Maggie Daley park are great outings.

Getting to my home

Easily accessible via highway and public transportation. O’Hare airport is a quick 20-30 minutes away. Easy in and out of Chicago!
